What we collect: essentially nothing
DoseCompass runs entirely in your browser. Doses you enter into the converter, shortage finder, or any other tool are processed on your device and never transmitted, stored, or logged by us. We do not require accounts, do not set our own cookies, and do not collect names, email addresses, or health information.
Third-party links
This site contains affiliate links to Amazon and informational links to GoodRx. When you click through to those sites, their own privacy policies apply. Amazon affiliate links include a tracking tag that tells Amazon the visit came from this site and may set cookies on Amazon's side; this is how affiliate commissions work and involves no health data from your use of our tools.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which tools get used. We configure it with Google's advertising and ad-personalization signals disabled. Doses and medications you enter into the tools are processed in your browser and are never sent to analytics — it sees page views, not tool inputs. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or any standard content blocker; every tool on this site works identically either way. Beyond this, we never use advertising or cross-site trackers and never sell or share visitor data.
Children
This site is informational content for adults — parents, caregivers, and adult patients. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone, children included.
